Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What We Sell

Vora is a digital language learning service delivered entirely through your web browser at voralingo.com. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is granted instantly after a successful payment.

Monthly plan — 9.99 USD, billed every month until cancelled.
Annual plan — 79.99 USD, billed once every 12 months until cancelled.
Lifetime plan — 99 USD, a single one-time payment with no recurring charges.

All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and displayed before you confirm payment.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Vora for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. No explanation is required.

Renewal charges on monthly and annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the renewal date.
The 14-day guarantee applies to lifetime purchases in exactly the same way.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Once a refund is issued, access to paid features ends immediately.

3. How to Request a Refund

Choose whichever is easier for you:

Email support@voralingo.com from the address associated with your Vora account. Please include your order or transaction ID if you have it.
Or contact our reseller directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order using your email address.

We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@voralingo.com and we will cancel it for you.

After cancelling, your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and require no cancellation.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse of this policy, such as bulk extraction of course content or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account.

Cryptocurrency (USDT) payments are irreversible on-chain and are processed directly by Vora rather than by Paddle. Where a USDT refund is approved within the 14-day window, it is returned as USDT to a wallet address you provide. Network fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
