We collect only what is essential to operate your account and schedule your learning:
Vora does not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data — to anyone, ever. Your learning record lives in a database file that belongs to you alone, physically separated from every other user. Your memory is not our product; it is our responsibility.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language choice. They are required for the service to function and are always active.
Analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you accept them. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics or advertising script is ever loaded. You can change your choice at any time from the link at the bottom of any page.
When you accept, we use two third-party services to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:
These services receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. They never receive your name, your email address, or any part of your learning record. We do not receive money from them, and we do not share your data with any other party.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, export, or permanently delete your personal data (email support@voralingo.com) and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, these rights are guaranteed to you by law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) and we honour them for every user regardless of location.
Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, everything associated with it is removed within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained longer.
Our servers are located in the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Vora is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 16 in the European Union should have a parent or guardian's permission before subscribing.
