The agreement between you and Vora
Vora is a spaced-repetition language learning platform. By creating an account, you agree to use the service for personal learning purposes in accordance with these terms. The platform is designed around active recall — it works best when you do.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vora account. If you are between 13 and 18 — or between 13 and 16 in the European Union — you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before subscribing to a paid plan.
By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we will delete it and refund any payment made.
Your password is stored only as a secure cryptographic hash — we never keep or see it in plain text. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the vocabulary libraries, audio materials, and practice tools for your own learning. Scraping content in bulk, reverse engineering the service, or attempting to access other users' data is strictly prohibited.
Vora is a digital service delivered entirely through your web browser. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is granted immediately after a successful payment.
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country and shown before you confirm payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles all billing enquiries and payment-related customer service. Cryptocurrency payments (USDT) are also accepted and are processed directly by Vora.
Our full Refund Policy is available on a dedicated page. In summary: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Vora for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase — no explanation required.
You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or email support@voralingo.com and we will cancel it for you. After cancelling, your access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and require no cancellation.

Vora is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Morocco. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
