Imitation

Definition

(formal) A copy or reproduction of something, especially a work of art or a person's style, often intended to deceive or impress by its likeness to the original. Can also refer to the act of mimicking or emulating someone or something, especially in a way that is perceived as insincere or lacking in originality.
