Fiddler

Definition

(literary, informal) A person who plays the fiddle, especially in traditional or folk music; someone who constantly makes small adjustments or trifles with something, often in a way that is perceived as annoying or unnecessary. Typically collocates with 'on the roof', 'on the strings', 'with the settings'.
